OATMEAL COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
3 Cups Rolled Oats (Not Instant Oatmeal)
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
METHOD:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a mixer, beat together butter, brown sugar, and sugar.
2. Add and beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
3. Add and beat in flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
4. Add uncooked rolled oats into ↑that bowl.
5. Place the dough on the cookie sheet and bake for 11 minutes or until they are lightly brown.
6. Let it cool before removing them from the tray. Place them on a rack and finish cooling.
